On March 27, 2025, CSSC Ship Electric Technology (Wuxi) Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "CSSC SETH") achieved a significant milestone by obtaining the NK (Nippon Kaiji Kyokai) Type Approval Certificate for its Low Voltage Power Module. This accomplishment positioned the company among the select few domestic enterprises to receive such certification for marine new energy electric propulsion systems. To date, CSSC SETH has successfully obtained type approval certificates from seven major international classification societies, including CCS, BV, RINA, DNV, LR, ABS and NK. This achievement distinguishes CSSC SETH as the only domestic marine electric propulsion enterprise to hold type approval certificates from all seven leading classification societies. This milestone is of profound importance for CSSC SETH's expansion into both domestic and international markets, as well as its ongoing journey toward global development.
